Your family name and date are laser-etched into the slate for a lasting, tactile finish.
A presentation surface for cheese and charcuterie that looks at home left out on the counter.

Good to know
Enter your family name and year above and pick an engraving font — the preview updates as you type. Before anything is engraved, we confirm the exact text and layout with you.
This is why we confirm the text with you first. Read that confirmation carefully: a board is engraved for one household and cannot be resold, so personalized pieces carry their own return terms — see the Returns & Refunds policy.
The engraved area is 135 × 85 mm on the slate panel, marked in a pale tone against the dark stone. Shorter names sit larger and read better, which is why the name field stops at 16 characters.
That is what it is built for — it is a cheese and charcuterie set with three serving tools. Use the slate for cheeses and cured meats. For heavy chopping use a dedicated cutting board, since stone will dull a blade.
Hand wash, dry promptly and treat the wood occasionally with food-safe mineral oil. Do not soak the board or put it in a dishwasher.
No. Natural slate and acacia vary in grain, veining and tone, so each finished board has its own character.
Made to order in the United States. Production and delivery times are confirmed before payment — nothing is engraved until you approve it.
