Scope of this policy
This policy describes how BENCHWORKS LLC, operating the Kinfolk Board brand, would handle personal information collected through this website. The site is currently a preview: online ordering is not available and no payment is processed.
Information collected today
The personalization tool on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The family name, year and size you enter are used to draw the on-screen preview. If you enter an email address in the preview dialog, that address and your preview are stored in your own browser’s local storage on your device. They are not transmitted to Kinfolk Board, to BENCHWORKS LLC or to any third party.
You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this website.
Once ordering is enabled, order information related to your personalization (such as the text, recipient name and shipping address) will be processed and stored in the United States by our production and fulfillment provider, solely to produce and ship your order.
Information that may be collected later
When ordering is enabled, the categories of information collected are expected to include the items below. The exact list will be confirmed before ordering opens.
- Contact details, such as name and email address.
- Order details, including the personalization text you request.
- Shipping address, where a physical product is being delivered.
- Payment information, handled directly by Stripe. Kinfolk Board and BENCHWORKS LLC do not receive or store your full card details.

This site does not currently set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service in order to download them.
